Your next property sale could benefit the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame
The AARE (Andrew Arroyo Real Estate) Generous Giving Program donates a portion of commissions earned on real estate sales anywhere in the United States to the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit established by the AMA to raise money to support the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame.
Preserve and Honor History
Those funds in turn support the Hall of Fame’s mission to collect, record, preserve and honor the rich history of motorcycling in America. Only donations from participating sales generate funds for the charity.

AARE is a real estate company that has a heart to support charities. To that end, AARE has developed a program to encourage generosity. Clients, real estate agents, homeowners, donors, nonprofits, churches and businesses can all participate in the program.
It’s an innovative program from AARE through which the company generates significant financial contributions to support charities and their ongoing work in the United States and throughout the world.
If someone buying, selling or leasing property anywhere in the United States, whether residential or commercial, wants the transaction to support a charity of his or her choice, he or she contacts AARE. If the individual and the charity choose to work with AARE, when your transaction closes, a percentage from AARE’s commission will be donated to the charity. The donation comes from AARE’s commission so there is no cost to the client selling, purchasing or leasing the property.

When AARE gives a real estate lead to one of its agents or an affiliated agent outside its area, the agent agrees to pay AARE a referral commission. That’s a standard real estate practice. AARE takes that referral commission and from that, gives a donation to the Generous Giving Charity. The donation to the charity comes from AARE’s referral commission not from the real estate agent’s commission.
The program can help people anywhere in the United States. Over the years, AARE has created a list of qualified agents and brokers throughout the country. When potential clients contact AARE regarding a property out of its area, the company provides contact information for a qualified agent in the potential client’s area.
As a registered 501(c)3, the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation qualifies for the program. The AMA created the AMHF to raise money for the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, and all funds raised by the AMHF go to that purpose.
In addition to sales of residential and commercial properties. Commercial and residential leases also qualify. For example AARE would determine the donation based on the total amount of the lease. For example, if it’s a $10,000/month lease for five years, it would be valued at $600,000 and AARE’s donation would be based off that amount.
